Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are permitted prior to production but are subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
  • Once production has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Eligibility

  • Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Returns are not accepted unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or with a clear quality issue. In such cases, we will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance.

CorsaCarbon is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, a refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
