Carbon Fiber Oil Cooler Radiator Guard Trim – Yamaha YZF-R1 / R1M
This carbon fiber radiator guard trim enhances the lower front section of the R1, sitting just above the oil cooler to deliver a cleaner, more aggressive finish around the cooling system. It replaces the OEM plastic panel with a lightweight carbon upgrade designed to complete the race-inspired front end.
Note: On the R1M, this piece is only compatible when used with Corsa Carbon side fairings.

All of our carbon fiber parts are custom-made to order. Shipping times typically range from 4 to 6 weeks on average, but please note that it can take longer depending on production schedules and availability.
Twill Weave
Our most popular option—2x2 twill weave offers a sleek, diagonal pattern with a subtle texture. It's known for its balance of strength, flexibility, and classic carbon fiber aesthetic.
Forged Carbon
A bold, modern look. Forged carbon is made from randomly arranged carbon fibers, creating a marbled finish. It's lightweight, strong, and perfect for riders who want a more aggressive appearance.
Plain Weave
Simple, clean, and highly refined. Plain weave features a tight, checkerboard pattern known for its uniform look and stiffness. This weave is commonly used in OEM applications—most notably found in matte finish carbon parts from Ducati and Aprilia, offering a factory-spec finish with a subtle, understated appearance.
